1. Bookings and Payments

All sessions, services, and packages must be booked in advance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Once payment is made, the energy for your session begins — and your spot is lovingly reserved just for you.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Every session begins the moment you commit energetically, not just physically.

Please book mindfully and with full presence. In the case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

We are happy to accommodate one reschedule if an emergency occurs.

Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may require a new booking fee.

4. Cancellations

If a session is booked but not yet paid for and later cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply to honor the energetic space that was held.

If payment is made, cancellations are not permitted and no refund will be provided.

5. Service Commitment

At Sweet & Sorted, we approach every project with presence, awareness, and care.

While we bring powerful tools and clearings to your spaces (physical and energetic), true transformation is also a co-creation.

Your openness, willingness, and commitment are key ingredients to the magic that can unfold.

6. Personal Responsibility

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are choosing this journey for yourself.

Sweet & Sorted does not offer medical, psychological, or financial advice.

All services are offered for energetic support, clearing, and organizing with consciousness.

You remain responsible for your own choices, outcomes, and well-being throughout the process.

7. Confidentiality

Your privacy and trust are deeply honored.

All sessions and information shared during services will be kept strictly confidential, unless required otherwise by law.

8. Changes to Terms

Sweet & Sorted reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed.

By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
