Using light touch and over 30 subtle energy frequencies, this session supports your body in restoring its natural vitality — often resulting in a more radiant, relaxed, and youthful appearance. At Sweet & Sorted, we believe beauty isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. When you soften into receiving, your body and face respond with ease. Whether you’re looking to release the signs of aging, feel lighter in your skin, or simply take a deep energetic exhale — this process offers space for all of it. No needles. No effort. Just energetic space for your true glow to emerge. You’ll be invited to simply lie down, fully clothed, and receive. There’s no pressure to do anything, think anything, or figure anything out. With light, soothing touch on your face, neck, and upper chest, I run a series of gentle energetic processes that begin to melt away tension, stress, and energetic judgments your body may be holding — especially in the face. Cancellation & Energy Commitment Policy Each booking holds a space not just in time, but in energy. Once payment is made, the session begins energetically — and therefore, is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. If you’ve reserved a session but haven’t yet paid and choose to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply to honor the energetic space held for you.
